i hope he just..do a few change for liberal art city........, not a completed original arc......., well if you see in liberal art city arc.....it has so many cheerfulness in the first phase.....,you can add something cute and original in that arc..., heck if nagai still keep the battle between misaka and xotchil (with her wooden plane) .......it already made me happy
