This article has mostly has all the information posted above but also says that the show is going to have two manga adaptations, one in Newtype Ace (no title given, by J-ta Yamada) and the other will be in Monthly Newtype (Un-Go~Inga Ron with Shou Aikawa writing and Pako and Yun Koga illustrating, ie all anime staff).
