They don't have a time set for when they're doing them.
Trying to get their first versions of the episodes isn't fun either as their IRC distribution is awful.
Next to none of their serving people have the full set of episodes (most people in their channel seem to prefer serving licensed rips
) and the ones that do are near impossible to get into.
It's just a shame no real
fansub groups are doing Victory.
