Ok serious answer.
To get the Advanced Lifeform power out from Myuu her conscience has to be suppressed. So when Hikami got his hands on Myuu and hooked her up to the machine which channels Myuu's power into himself Hikami did a few dirty tricks to partially suppress Myuu's concious (not fully, because her conscience also acts as a safe guard in case the power is too great and goes out of control). After Hikami was defeated Myuu's conscience goes into recluse and Akatsuki did a mind meld thing to look for Myuu's conscience. Now that Myuu knows of of her true abilities she goes into the usual tragic heroine routine of "I better not wake up cos otherwise me being a target will put everyone in danger" thing, and Akatsuki applies his usual "persuasive" techniques to remind Myuu that she really can't live without him.
For those worried about Akatsuki forcing himself on Myuu (which admittedly he does a few times during the series, but really ever since the group returned to the normal world from Alezard for the second time Myuu had been pretty open with Akatsuki's "approach" so much so that Akatsuki got a bit confused because he usually only does it to get the girls angry and smack him so he gets an excuse to stop, but Myuu haven't been asking him to stop for a while now), Myuu actually let him touch her down there in this instance too. They got it on pretty hard and Myuu asked Akatsuki to make her his woman (yeah in that sort of way), and that's when they woke up.
Well I guess it doesn't matter since it was just their conscience. Besides Myuu was thinking of having an orgy party with the other girls for her first time with Akatsuki anyway (serious, I'm not making this up) so maybe we would get that instead.
I know whom he is referring to, but I don't remember when that took place. I'm guessing somewhere between volume 4 and 5....

Myuu is such a nice girl, thinking about the others here as well
