Mine's would be:

When Nami was stabbing herself then Luffy stops her she then asks for help, he puts the Straw Hat on her head and goes "DAMN RIGHT".

When Luffy defeats Arlong then comes out from under all that rubble, stands up and shouts to Nami "You are my Nakama".

When Luffy and Zoro are fighting in Whiskey Peak then Mr.5 and Miss Valentine go to try and defeat them, then Luffy and Zoro turn around and say "Shut the Hell Up, our fight... You're in the way" and defeat them both with 1 hit.

there's a lot more but these are the ones i recall for now.

Spoiler: When Luffy is fighting Belami with is back turned to him and says "You asked if i knew how to punch right" and then he gives him one hell of a hit which puts Belami in K.O. there's a lot more but these are the ones i recall for now.
