Oh ... actually ... Alessandro Juliani might actually make a good Kanon. He has a very quiet, light voice. Unfortunately, I just don't think a lot of female English VA are very good at doing male characters. The only one I can think of is the lady who did Envy in FMA, but uh, not for Kanon obviously.
