Yeah, there's probably nothing been said on the matter of Zero/Nunnally because it'll lead to something if the future. We also have to remember that he is doing all this for her --- that alone has to leave a good enough impact for Nunnally to get more involved.

Though if she does indeed know that Lelouch is Zero, i wonder if she knows enough that he's doing this for her.
