Hence I said Dark Matter is alive, not Kakine is alive.

But he might still have hope, as Eiwas shows some interest on him as Kakine.

On whether Alister wants to kill all magcians or not, this I am not too sure.
And yes, without Last Order, these AIM manifested Entities would vanish.

Accelerator actually tried jamming the Misaka Network and that sucessfully disrupted Eiwas' existence and gave Accelerator an opening to strike at Eiwas' core. But thanks to Alister's uer defence programe, Eiwas was unharmed

But According to Eiwas himself, Last Order would "collapse" sooner or later in maintaining him. So perhaps Alister have some other sort of back up (Full Tuning, perhaps?).

As how Hamatzura made it out alive.....

Because Mugino is yandere over Hamatzura...... >.> She has this "he is MY target" attitude over Hamatzura and actually assited him when Hamatzura is trying to flee the city with a plan.

Hamatzura end up in Russia... well. The plan is on auto pilot, so Hamatzura has to parachute jump to get off. Call it fate if you will, he jumped off right on top of Russia. More specifcly, on top Elisareena (I guess that is how you spell that country in English?) where both Touma and Accelerator is heading to. Yeah, I can already hear Alister screaming in disbelife, Hamatzura is gradually becoming the anti-Alister deus ex mechina.

And some analysis on the new mystery that is Eiwas

It seems he is more than just a manifestation of AIM. AIM is just there to make rooms for Eiwas to exist in human world as the human world is too low for him to exist in, thus a higher domain must be prepared to contain him. (And Eiwas said it with his own word that he can't speak properly because the human world isn't good enough to let him epxress himself).
This is also not the first time that Eiwas got envoked, his words to Alister: "You never learn, still trying to use me."
Eiwas is the person who taught Alister long time ago, knowing Alister's past and motive in detail.
Eiwas isn't too fond of Alister trying to use him and doesn't have much interest in what's going on. He only showed some interest in Accelerator and Kakine (probably why he told Accelerator about index).

Also I have been wondering what Eiwas mean when he mention the name of Egyptian gods. He refer to himself as born from Horus, and point out Accelerator's power bare resemblance to Osiris.
