According to Hemisphere's blog, that game has several mystery elements similar to Persona 3 (Dark Hour-ish time period, w/ blood everywhere and monsters are afoot), which makes it interesting to me. And then, yes, the OP sounds fantastic.
The protagonist looks badass too. You just can't beat eyepatches.
