You have nothing to base that on and NOMAD while not the best studio have definitely put out better work than Tayutama. Tayutama seems to be the first production by SILVER LINK in the first place... with their second Baka to Test to Shōkanjū airing in Winter 2010.
Nomad have animated the Rozen Maiden franchise, Sola, Kyōran Kazoku Nikki, Yozakura Quartet and the currently airing Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahō. I'm not expecting amazing animation but it should be decent.. it could be in worse hands...

Will be interesting to see who they end up casting though.
