Hmm... Interesting... =3
I found these while browsing the Gamespot forums.
The translations are courtesy of Heavenwargod from the mentioned forums.
Spoiler for Fate's Skill Set:
Fate Testarossa
Square: Plasma Lancer
Fires 1 unguided magic missile, faster than Accel Shooter.
Triangle: Haken Saber
Throws out a blade of light which spins and homes towards the target, moves slowly.
Circle: Lightning Bind+Thunder Rage (Official name for the move in whole is just Thunder Rage)
The initial phase works like Restriction Lock, but a little slower. Once it hits, Thunder Rage strikes directly on the bound target and damages, but the bind is broken at that moment so it's not exactly used for binding purposes.
Charged Square: Plasma Lancer
Charges 6 magic missiles instantaneously, but fires them off one by one in succession. Same speed and power as a non-charged version, and does not home either (one by one means it will travel towards the opponent's location at the time of launch, so if the opponent moves, you'll see each missile moving in different direction).
Charged Triangle: Haken Saber (Throws out a blade of light which spins and home towards the target. Moves slower than a non-charged version, but much more powerful)
Charged Circle: Lightning Bind+Thunder Rage (Like a charged Restriction Lock, the bind has slight homing capabilities, and once hit, the Thunder Rage is significantly stronger than a non-charged version and causes knockdown)
Full Drive Burst: Jet Zanber
And what's this? Hayate's skills don't just include Norse Mythology?
Spoiler for Hayate's Skill Set:
Yagami Hayate
Square: Brionac ("Brionac" is the name of a magic, living spear said to be owned by Lugh, a deity in Irish mythology)
Fires a fast (seems to be faster than Fate's Plasma Lancer to me) magic missile with slight homing capabilities. Least power among the three Shooting-type magic of the three heroines, and has limited range, but a major difference is that it can be fired rapidly in succession with no limit, and can be done so while moving.
Triangle: Balmung
Fires five short-ranged beams that travel out in a fan direction, decent speed and rather damaging. Can be done twice in succession, until beam ends. Can be done so while moving.
Circle: Claíomh Solais
Fires a Bombardment-type beam.
Charged Square: Brionac
Fires a bigger version of the normal magic missile, at the same speed but more powerful. Can be charged while moving.
Charged Triangle: Balmung
Fires 8 beams, which spreads outwards and locks onto one single spot (like a diamond, whereby the locked on position and Hayate are the tips of the diamond). Superficially similar to Nanoha's charged Accel Shooter, but works differently. Nanoha's has some homing capability but Hayate's has little to none (it just moves towards the opponent's direction when attack is initiated). Regardless, it moves at an extremely high speed, making it very hard to dodge.
Charged Circle: Claíomh Solais
Charges for a second or two, and fires a Bombardment-type beam. Beam seems to be same as non-charged version, but once hit, a magical sphere starts expanding out at point of impact and damages opponent.
Full Drive Burst: Ragnarok
I find it extremely ironic that most of Hayate's skills can be done WHILE moving when every bit of information about her skills given in StrikerS say, "Stand in one place and fire away."
Spoiler for Chrono's Skill Set:
Chrono Harlaown
Square: Stinger Ray
Similar to a charged Plasma Lancer, 5 magic missiles are charged instantaneously but are fired off one by one. Unlike Plasma Lancer, the missiles have homing capabilities. Can be used rapidly in succession but you can have at most, 10 missiles at any given time (which means, two casts). The third cast will cancel out the first 5 missiles. If fired at correct timings, can be chained into a long combo.
Triangle: Delayed Bind
Leaves a "mine" at Chrono's current position that emits a circular aura. Once an opponent comes within the range of the aura, the "mine" becomes a bind and homes into the opponent. Lasts indefinitely. Can have a maximum of three at any given time, any further casts will cancel out the first one.
Circle: Struggle Bind
A normal bind that works exactly like Nanoha's uncharged Restrict Lock.
Charged Square: Stinger Ray
Instead of magic missiles, Chrono fires a high-speed beam that has average damage.
Charged Triangle: Delayed Bind
Releases a slow-moving (extremely slow) "mine" that emits an aura with small area of effect than the uncharged version. Similarly, once an opponent comes within range of the aura, the "mine" becomes a bind and homes into the opponent. Can have a maximum of three at any given time, any further casts will cancel out the first one. The maximum includes both charged and uncharged versions.
Charged Circle: Struggle Bind
Again, like Nanoha's charged Restrict Lock, it homes into the target. Once it hits, opponent's MP is immediately set to 0, forcing it to reload. The MP draining effect does not affect an opponent in Full Drive mode.
Full Drive Burst: Eternal Coffin
Spoiler for Signum's Skill Set:
Signum
Square: Kuuga
Fires a blade of light from her blade. Fast but very limited range.
Triangle: Hiryuu Issen
Fires a pillar of fire moving outwards, much like a shockwave. Does not home, and has limited range (only slightly longer than Kuuga's despite the looks). Very powerful.
Circle: Schlangebeißen
Extends Laevatein in Schlangenform (Snake Form) straight forward to pull opponent slightly closer (VERY slightly, to be honest). Opponent is stunned for a while after getting hit, so it functions similarly to a bind.
Charged Square: ??? (Can't hear it properly, I think she says "Setsuga" but whatever, it's still Kuuga officially)
Signum moves forward with high speed and slashes normally with Laevatein. Can be chained into normal melee combo if pressed quickly enough.
Charged Triangle: Hiryuu Issen
Same as before, except that it is bigger and has significantly more damage. More range as well.
Charged Circle: Same as before, Signum extends Laevatein in Schlangenform, except that it pulls the opponent completely over to Signum, and instead of ending here, Signum slashes the opponent once, and hits the opponent away with Laevatein in Schlangenform spinning around her in a drill pattern (like the one she uses in her grapple move).
Full Drive Burst: Sturmfalken
Only these are available so far. But it does make some more sense out of the game. :3
(Well, it's not like I have a PSP in the first place *mumblegrumble*)
