More than a week ago, I read the following rumor somewhere. It pinpointed Hei's shaving in episode 9. Moreover, I think it's quite plausible overall.

Spoiler for rumor:

・Shion's ability is cloning of life and remuneration is immobilization.
・From the beginning, Shion is the only daughter of the family and female.
・Suou's memory was transplanted by Dr Pavlichenko.
・Suou is a middle existense between human and doll.
・Oreille's objective is to eliminate all contractors.
・Shion and Dr Pavlichenko's objective is to doll-ize the entire mankind.
・Hei will shave in episode 9.
・Shion gives birth, Yin gives rest.
・Yin helps Hei, then she ...
・In episode 10, after realizing her secret, Suou becomes a complete doll-contractor and overruns into the massacre mode.

To believe or not, that is the question.

So far the only one that came true was that Hei shaved. Thank god too. The others are believable, except the one involving a certain Madame.
