I voted for who I thought was the cutest in terms of looks and personality since Tokino Akiyama, Tsugumi. She was just really expressive. You'll notice just how she feels without her saying a word. It was like she was an actual actress. She didn't need an internal monologue or the need to always talk to herself the way most characters do, she just used her eyes. I love this show and it's cast, but Tsugumi stood out the most to me.
