I am posting to let you know that during the next 24 hours this thread will be locked and a new thread with the same title and purpose will be created. This is being done because this thread has reached a rather astronomical size and, believe it or not, having such oversized threads adds to the unnecessary workload our server must handle during certain operations. (in fact i should have done this a while ago, but i just forgot had to postpone it in face of other issues of universal importance *cough*)
Not to break the flow of discussion a few dozen of last posts will be moved to the new thread, so hopefully the change will be relatively unnoticeable. Should i also move the "index posts" from first page to the new thread so the respective authors of said posts can keep updating them ?
