English is Subject Verb Object
written is a verb, wrong is an adjective in this case and not a noun, and in this case we have an unidentified noun because the sentence is incomplete.
From what I would say normally, it would be "written wrong", cause for me english just just doesn't sound correct like that.
ex. The paper was written wrong.
ex2. The paper was wrong written.
