so the Yuki Onna is actually smitten by him the first time they met
and the old man is some one the Zashiki Warashi know
Last Part of chapter 1 happened in the same timeline, and same place, but told by Zashiki Warashi perspective

well...the most interesting part is the binder that act like powered up version of Death Note

At first the Yuki Onna hate cicadas and then after the binder re-modified, she's no longer afraid of it.
It mean the Yuki Onna just pretend that she afraid just to follow what the binder said.

He can turn it to his weapon of defense, have a deadly Youkai as body guard for generation is not bad yet he didn't do it, especially with such annoying Zashiki Warashi that lazying around, he can make her work a little with Yuki Onna power
