You got it wrong. Should be:
Maki x Umi x Eri
Nico x Nozomi
Hanayo x Rin
Honoka x All of the Above
That shows you that Honoka truly is the harem leader. Nozomi is like Momo from TLR Darkness. She sets it all up for the true harem leader, Honoka.
