as stated the best filler so far. it had elements of excel saga's humour, but no where near that level of strangeness. it was entertaining, however, it was actually a 10 minute episode as most of it was lots of repeat animation with very little variation. an interesting diversion, but it would be nice to see the thing stay on track for at least a little while as there's so much good stuff to come.
besides there will be little in the way of character development or progression, and all of these are what they are, fillers. the tea country mission, sounds very, er, interesting.
