Looks like Ruri and Kanade reach the semis for the second year in a row. But this time one of the two will reach the finals. Seeing how Kanade won control of every region (convincingly) against a same series opponent, I'm not expecting her to lose to a same seiyuu opponent (even if there's an increase in votes like last year about the same time).
