I doubt they are lovers (at least both of them being in love with each other), but they are increably close. Intresting this is one of the fan pairings I've seen the least of (thank god) even though it seems to have the most cannon if weak hints.
They all follow the same code but Yumichika is a lot more relaxed on sticking to limiting his powers then the other two and in a fight he plays to win not just for the joy of the fight.
