Possibly, but it is being released with the manga. Not sure how previous OVA's worked. Considering that this OVA seems somewhat related to the story it might come chronologically, though, like you're implying. There are only 2-3 chapters of the manga between where the KoSS arc started and where the Magic Games arc started, all of which could be summed up in probably 2 episodes. Given that guesstimate, maybe the manga stuff would end up being animated starting in November.
That would mean about another 12 episodes of the anime arc. That...actually seems possible, given where the plot is at this point. Still just speculating here. I'm pretty positive there is no way the anime arc will go past Nov 16th.
