shichibukai's are roger's crew!
they betrayed roger, and sent him to death
eventhough roger is the strongest man ever, he would be no match for 4-5 shichibukai's together. And because of this betrayal, WhiteB can't no longer tolerate even the smallest deceit from his crew member.
this is a theory that had been out for a while,
I actually don't think it's bad!
