His Dual Wield was already deleted when he transferred to ALO in the first place, because such a skill didn't exist in ALO. Although ALO has a different combat system than SAO, so he can still effectively use a sword in each hand, it's just not assisted by the game systems in any way.

In terms of "resetting his stats" he went back to a level 1 character with no items or skills. Absolutely nothing was carried over, not even his appearance.

Thank you for your reply . Indeed I forgot Dual wield had already been erased since Kirito's passage to ALO. I wanted to give an example to clarify what it was meant by "stats" but I ended picking up the wrong one
