because of anime announcement and people are excited with it
but honestly I like the first few arcs but the novel decide to delay the next arc and do the side stories of the web version which is not what I wanted but still they manage to be rank one despite all that. Though not sure in term of sold value because if I remember it right haganai is still have higher sales than sao.
