So the theory of awakening the Divide Dividing is touching BUTT it might be Hakuryuukou-senpai's hint, Well just like how Ise has awakened Draig's power by touching breast or deactivating Juggernaut Drive by touching breast, Maybe the same method is going to be use in order to awaken the Divide Dividing powers?
