I speak portuguese and that title for episode 19 is completely wrong, so i doubt the others are real.
It seems just a misguided fan guess based on the short summaries we got earlier.
Anyway, it seems Shiryu will be voiced by Nobuyuki Hiyama, and Shunrey, by Junko Minagawa.
