That GingaxFate image is a cover for an h-doujin called "In Search Of Sanity". I don't have it, but the sample pages....
3/4 of the pages look like tentacle rape, though there seems to be a colour page of what looks like FatexNanoha. >_>;

There are two other comics that seem to be translated and another one that I'm sure I've seen translated and edited. Or it could be one that looks similar to it as I'm fairly sure I've seen that series of his 4koma before.
