Huff... I really can't hold back with these unwanted opinions of mine.
@eras: The issue is possible because bad events can turn a person bad. Unreasonable because trying to be better than the criminal by acting on less morals just doesn't make sense.
@stratos: Yes they can. At least partially and only in their involvement. So long as other countries or witnesses don't pop-up, it would be easy to cover it all up. Even if there were other witnesses, ISA isn't weak. It'd take a country's full conviction to fight ISA in a political arena. As little leverage ISA has on the world as a school being treated as a standalone nation, everyone sees it as a place for immeasurable resources as well.
