I think big problem in harem series is that their relationships are too ambiguous. They can't make up their mind and confess their feeling for whatever reasons. In the end, it's just an excuse for protagonist to maintain his/her harem. Because everyone still has chance due to the half-heart development and unclear relationship. That is really annoying. IMO <_<
