Oniichan no Koto is similar to KissXSis : the story is focused on Shusuke, a normal highschool student who had a obssessive yet aloof little sister named Nao. However, he learns a terrible secret behind her. It has 12 episodes, has lot of funny moments with some romance.
To animes similar to Zero no Tsukaima, Aria the Scarlet Ammo and Dog Days are good choices : the first is focused on a highschool student who is sent to a academy where the students works as detective fighters and he meet a beautiful girl, while the second is focused on a middle school student who gets transferred to a fantasy world populated by half-humans half-felines.
It is also noted the the New Prince of Tennis is finished which last 13 episodes.
