my guess is that will a new PV, since the animation just started later half of last year. they need to first come up with character designs and stuff. though I think the PV won't be far away, given that there are some events scheduled IIRC from the twitter.
And I certainly hope it's not Zexcs which did LOLH, given how much they screwed it up.
