I'd say the Finalis have high physical resistance, but low magical resistance, so the magic attack should have done considerable damage.
While not that good of an example, Masrur couldn't move his body after using his household vessel, so their natural healing ability isn't as unreasonable as their physical strength.
At the very least, I expect some of them knocked out, while others are still conscious, but hurt.
Though they may have household vessels that can absorb damage, Barbatos in Ars Goetia sounds like he has affinity with the earth.
