A very good episode, though the main action is still ahead.
Spoiler for small things:
- TSAB officers/clerks standing at guard all have devices very similar to RH
Shame on them for the cowardly reaction seeing the appearing drones
- Zest's magical circle and armor are golden
And I loved his reply to Vita's introduction
- Fate and Nanoha going down the elevator well (I think) - nice usage of magic there, also seems like they can't fly without the devices
