Spoiler: On one hand she has promised reinforcement to aid krishina but secretly she has instructed her general to take his time and watch from the sidelines without endangering his troops. And also to allow krishina to be defeated so orlando's forces can have an easy time defeating a weakens and overly spread out Athens invasion forces.
