Well, they said they had a CG, so they probably did. It isn't in F/SN, so it was probably taken away. If it's not an H-scene, then it could possibly be in F/HA.

It must be if it's an H-scene of Illya. If it's not, then it could possibly be the scene in F/HA.
Why was it taken away?
It might not have fit in [space or storyline-wise]. All I can offer on this is speculation, to be honest. Maybe iamandragon has a better answer.
