At least point of the anime..I don't really think it's following the game all that faithfully..
both the mechanic did not show up. KC and Leon, and they did skip some scene with Rosie...

Spoiler for plot: Although personally I would like if Isara doens't die, She's just too baddass to die, I mean where else can you get a girl that can drive a tank, work the radio and deliver a baby at the same time?
