What I picture happening in the next chapter. He'll go attack Touma, Touma will say or do something that will make him even more embarrassed ("DON'T LOOK!! JUST DIE!!!") and demolish a large chunk of the building to throw stuff at him. He will then proceed to attempt murdering Touma again (and fail). After everything's over, Accel will realise that it wasn't actually Touma's fault and that he just caused loads more problems for him. He'll stutter out an apology at the hospital with a deredere face that will make Touma's heart skip a beat and make him question his sexuality.

So close! I've actually got the rest of the story written out, so I can tell you that up to the 'murder Touma' everything is correct. But I can work in some of the rest of yours. It'll only take some minute adjusting.
