No... even if the anime did rush a lot of the plot to introduce all of the girls, it should be clear that Akiko is holding back. Despite all her teasing, she still leaves him some space in the end and never goes any farther than what she normally does. If she did know the truth, then there would be no reason why she couldn't be just as aggressive if not more than Arashi is.
