Unlike what others have said before, 'Beast' and its attack prediction experience is no longer part of the Destiny after Ardor Maiden exorcised it and it left. Even if Haru kept using the Destiny it won't be corrupted, unless Haru himself start going evil. Lotus gave Haru full control in what to do with the Destiny, and Haru sealed them because of his sentimental reasons:

Like how Synthesis Knights in UW can have parts of their soul/Fluctlight embedded inside their weapons, a part of Chrome Falcon is left inside the Destiny and part of Saffron Blossom is inside the Star Caster. Haru decided those two deserve to rest and not have to fight anymore, so he sealed them away inside Falcon's and Blossom's home. Whoever those two were in real life, their avatars now got a 'happily ever after' ending living together for the rest of AW's time, along with a pet cat they have.
