Your probably right. It's kind of glossed over, but Amon's sword is actually really over-powered. It seems to be able to cut anything, including a metal vessel in full Djinn Equip mode (Hakuryuu). Which brings up an interesting point of how powerful Alibaba's Djinn Equip will be....
