Spoiler for I should assume anyone here has already finished the serie. but better hiding it in spoiler than being sorry:

-Episode 13 uncensored : Rika is feeding some crows
-Episode 21 uncensored : Satoko got her trap backfired
-Episode 23 uncensored : Rina went to the dentist, and Teppei took a powerful painkiller

while uncensorship of episode 23 isn't too bad, 13 and 21 are really too... grotesque (but still gore ~~)

Rina's corpse looks cheesy as hell. The original looked more ominous.
