You are taking a bit off a lot of series, while I stick to one series in particular, your character uses a lot of inspiration from several animes and games. No problem, it gives a bit of a "Jack of Personalities, personification of none.". Pretty cool character though

Magi more grounded in Armored Core's roots, being personification of the corporations that run it for example. He doesn't upset the social order but understands certain things need to be done to maintain Crest's relevance to the world. He knows that the AC advertisement project is a do or die thing. Trying to replace IS as the "End All Weapons" could ruin his relationship with the I.S. Academy and get himself killed. The I.S Academy is also the only safe sanctuary the Lynx and Ravens have, considered neutral territory. They can safely accept missions and not really choose sides in a war. In exchange, he pays "Rent" to the Academy through donations. Which pleases the Japanese government a lot since it is nice to have someone lining their pockets.

Spoiler for Magi's AC: Death Mask:

Death Mask is a marvel of Crest Engineering, A heavyweight AC through and through. This unit can combat 2nd Generation IS in 1:1 with acceptable results (Meaning not being destroyed), while it is hopeless to fight against 3rd gens and onwards. The AC was equipped with everything it could afford, including the fabled OP-I and prototype PLUS tech (Which is a powersuit used as his flightsuit.). Death Mask, because of his heavy loadout can have several weapon modes to suit the situation

"Dual Face Mode": Dual Face is one of the most famous ACs known to Crest. Belonging to Genobee, an AI entity and later Alliance pilot Mollycoddle. The Dual Face is ironically a close range fighter despite it's fearsome dual heavy grenade launchers (Giant Artillery Guns used to destroy fortresses) are inaccurate in long range duels. The Dual Face mode is also equipped an Assault Rifle. The unit is woefully slow however and tends to struggle

"Marauder Mode": The "Standard" mode Magi attacks in, dual Middle Missiles for taking out enemy units, the Unit displays greater deals of mobility with only the cost in stopping power. This unit is meant for skirmishes and raids. The unit relies a bit too much on electronics however and the Missiles are painfully difficult to fire (Mirage is preferred when it comes to Missiles)

"Vanguard Mode": Deemed "Archaic" by generals and some military nerds, they soon learn of the destructive potential of rockets mounted on the AC, with a basic FCS and a set of medium rockets with as many rockets inside the unit. The Vanguard Mode is pretty much focuses on rushing in with its MG and then ripping the enemy apart with Rockets. The rockets carry a huge explosive payload in exchange for missile guidance packages. This makes it harder to hit enemy ACs but makes up for it with plain old damage potential. Perfect for demolishing enemy MTs
