The current arc will end at Vol 15 and there should be another arc after. If Ikki and Stella will marry before the final volume, the best place would be the end of Vol 15. Also, Vol 15 is not on September's list of releases so it's most likely going to be October as expected. Waiting every half a year is such a pain.
