partially canon, really. The character Shiki exists in the manga (and chapter 0 is definitely canon), but the same can't be said for the events of the movie. I imagine a similar case will be made for Film Z as well (the character Z himself may be canon but not the events of the movie itself). I mean, the plot is supposed to take place before Punk Hazard, so if Oda didn't draw that first, just how is it supposed to fit.....?
