Ah, the old op and ed were really the best. It brings back how nice the first half of the series was.
Anyway, as of episode 9, they still seem to be going out, since Taku mentioned that he and Chiyu were not as lovey dovey in public like Haru and KYH were. However, in episode 15, during Haru's blame on Taku during their 1-to-1 talk, Haru mentions to Taku that Taku still wants to get Chiyu back and be her boyfriend. The break-up was never mentioned otherwise.
