This what you can find in this manga:
1) Shitty chapters that are nothing but filler material and some arcs that are awful at best.
2) Good chapters and arcs here and there but there aren't many of those, also nice fanservice and lots of lewd scenes and some sex.
3) Kaoruko is the ultimate and best girl.
