So it looks as if Houki is using her connections to gain advantage. It would be interesting if there was some sort of conflict inside Houki there since that’s clearly a morally ambiguous, if not an outright corrupt thing to do but it doesn’t look as if it will be going down that route.

Not sure how that's corrupt since we've known from almost at the start that Houki's been waiting on getting her own personal IS...
