In any case, I would recommend to the
requesters to put a
brief description of the scene they'd like to have giffed. There might be various sources to extract the scene from, so a timeframe might be correct in a file or incorrect in another one.
So to speak, I had a look at
mimi_girl's request for Shugo Chara ep.1 from 07:25 to 07:29 but found nothing (I have the Formula fansubbed version), just the protagonist talking. I guess that wasn't what she was asking for.
That's why I generically suggest to put descriptions, not only to make gifmakers' life easier, but also to have higher chances to see the request fulfilled
