Huh? Everything except the black part is changed. They do have a similar style to all the covers - icon of some kind at the top, black bar with Haruhi silhouette in the middle with "The _____" around it in white, and a band of stripes on the right. But the icon at the top, the font used for the title (which is hand-drawn), and the colors in the stripes are all different.
