i just checked the chapter 80 and i dont believe that replica died , he went to the other world with Hyrein and the portal girl (dont remember her name) after he hack the ship.
the "mini replica" stopped working because the link with the main body was cut.
we may see replica again, maybe they will use replica to make a alliance with the Earth Border, because is clearly that Hyorin's world have a lot of problems and since they know of Border's power they may want to make them allies instead of enemies.
